As a Senior Consultant, Jack works with small and large clients who are right-sizing, strategizing, preparing for sale or acquisition, or want to maximize the results of a work-out. With over 40 years both running and owning companies, Jack understands the dynamics that are inherent in a well-oiled organization and what to do if the dynamics just aren’t dynamic.
Jack has spent the last 20 years advising senior executives and business owners. Most recently, he has worked with top professionals to provide leadership training and consulting services to CEOs and business owners looking to address strategic challenges, grow their revenues, and developing succession or exit plans.
He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business and a direct admit to the I.U. MBA program. When Jack is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and he is a “car guy”.
